This is my idea of a perfect week sorted. Choose four pies from my two signature recipes — the Steak, Ale & Porcini and the Chicken, Baby Artichoke & Black Truffle — pack them alongside two double portions of my Buttered Mash, and you have two proper restaurant-quality dinners ready whenever you need them. No planning, no shopping, no effort. Just pull from the freezer and have dinner on the table in under an hour.

Each pie is hand-made in my kitchen using market-fresh ingredients, slow-cooked and encased in golden hot water crust pastry. The mash is made the way I believe mash should be made — starting with whole baked potatoes, so the flesh is dry, fluffy, and full of that deep, toasted skin flavour before a single knob of butter goes in. It makes a difference you'll notice.

Everything cooks straight from frozen — no defrosting, no planning ahead.

Instruções para Reaquecimento

Pies:

Cook from frozen
Remove lid from tray
Bake at 180°C for 55–65 minutes until pastry is golden and pie is hot throughout
Rest for 5 minutes before serving

Buttered Mash:

Cook from frozen
Place sealed container in a pan of simmering water for 15–20 minutes
Alternatively, defrost overnight in the fridge and reheat in a saucepan over a low heat, stirring gently
Add a small splash of milk if needed to loosen
Season to taste before serving
